Political Party speech for SOSE

So in SOSE atm, we're supposed to write a speech with you as a politican and representing an exsisting political Party or your own one that you make up. Oh and in case you didn't know the Federal Election occured on the 21th of August. LABOR FTW and yes for my speech I am representing the Labor Party. The text I used in the following part is taken from famous speeches by politicans which means I don't legally own any of it except the underlined part. Unfortunately, the teacher said that we can quote famous politicans but we can't use their speeches as part of ours. I reckon this sounds sorta pro so I'm posting it up here. This was meant to be my conclusion for the speech XD

"I want to take Australia forward. Mr Abbott wants to take it back. Don’t
risk Abbott. Let us, as a united nation work together and reshape
Australia into a safe and sustainable nation. Ask not what you can do
for your country but what your country can do for you. Let’s stand up for
real action. This is my commitment to my fellow Australians."
